BS Limited Q1FY14 consolidated Net profit at Rs 15.25crore


BS Limited, (formerly known as BS TransComm Ltd), a leading infrastructure provider for Power T & D and Telecom Managed services, has posted 45% growth (year on year basis) in its consolidated revenues that stood at Rs.507 crore in Q1FY14  as against Rs.350 crore in Q1FY13.The consolidated Net profit for Q1FY14 stood at Rs. 15.25 crore as against Rs. 13.32 crore in Q1FY13. EBIDTA registered a growth of 25% quarter on quarter basis and stood at Rs 52.69 Cr.

Company’s Standalone Quarterly revenues for the Q1FY14 stood at Rs.365 crore as against Rs.309 crore in the corresponding quarter in FY13, registering a growth of 18% quarter on quarter. Standalone Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs.13.18 crore as against net profit of Rs.12.85 crore in corresponding quarter in FY13.
