Rajasthan’s Dhabriya Polywood Ltd lists on SME platform of BSE

Oversubscribed by 1.65 times

17th October, 2014: One of country’s leading interior solutions manufacturer and retailer, Dhabriya Polywood Ltd., (Formerly known as Dhabriya Agglomerates Limited), incorporated under the companies Act of 1956 has now been listed on the SME platform of the Bombay Stock Exchange. The company’s public issue has been oversubscribed by 1.65 times. Mr. Digvijay Dhabriya, Managing Director was present at the ceremony and rang the ‘Opening Bell’ during the listings ceremony today.

Speaking on the company’s IPO and its issue being oversubscribed Mr. Digvijay Dhabriya said, “We believe that listing will enhance our corporate image and visibility of brand name of our Company. We also believe that our Company will receive the benefits from listing of Equity Shares on the SME Platform of BSE. We are extremely delighted for such an overwhelming response and faith in our organization from our investors who have invested.”

The company intends to utilize the proceeds of the issue to meet the objectives of funding its expansion plans, setting up Polywood Application Centers in Rajasthan, Meet the issue expenses and for the corporate purpose.

Established in the year 1992, M/s Dhabriya Polywood Ltd (earlier known as Dhabriya Agglomerates Pvt Ltd.), is country’s largest manufacturer and retailer of PVC & uPVC profiles, windows and doors. The company has a registered brand name, Polywood which is country’s largest interior solutions brand that provides wood substitute solutions. With an intense motive, company saves nearly 5 lakh trees every year and reduces the usage of wood by providing the alternate solutions and applications along with energy efficient interior and exterior solutions to Builders, Architects and Interior Designers.

Commenced with a seed capital of Rs. 3 lakhs, the Dhabriya Polywood Ltd has an annual turnover of Rs. 70 crores as per FY 2013-14. Initiated its business with just manufacturing of PVC doors, Dhabriya Polywood Ltd., is now manufacturing and also retailing a wide range of PVC and uPVC products with various designs to suit the complete fabrication requirements like Doors, Windows, Partitions, False Ceilings, Wall Paneling, Pelmet, Modular Kitchen and wardrobe Shutters & other interiors related products

In the year 2007 the company initiated its first uPVC window manufacturing unit which comprised of just one fabrication line with a capacity of 55,000 sq.ft. every month. In 2011, the firm doubled its production capacity from 55,000 sqft to about 1,10,000 sqft every month with the establishment of two lines. By 2014, the company further expanded its potential to establish 2 more lines.  Currently Dhabriya Polywood Ltd functions with 4 lines in Jaipur to fabricate uPVC windows and doors itself.  Today, Dhabriya Polywood Ltd has six window fabrication lines in total which include two lines in Coimbatore and 4 lines in Jaipur, Rajasthan, generating a total manufacturing capacity of approximately 3,00,000 sq ft per month considering about 60-70% efficiency utilization in just one shift.

Polywood is recognized for its customized solutions, superior quality as well as highly efficient and robust products. It subscribes to the Quality Management Standards ISO 9001:2008 and Environmental Management Systems ISO 14001:2004. Amongst the many Awards that the company has received includes a National Award for Manufacturing of Outstanding Quality Products, Award for Outstanding Entrepreneurship, Award for Meritorious Industrial Development, The Samaj Ratna Award etc. Mr. Digvijay Dhabriya has been elected as president of Laghu Udyog Bharti (LUB) for Sitapura-Ramchandrapura Extension for Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Polywood has a nationwide network of more than 100 distributors and 300 retail partners. Including Jaipur and Coimbatore, Polywood has a retail network of application centers in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal. Company aims to set-up more application centers in the states like Rajasthan, Orissa, MPCG, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and few more cities in coming two years.
