Ice Make board approves migration to NSE main board


The Board of Directors of Ice Make Refrigeration Limited (Ice Make) in their meeting held on February 29, 2020 has considered, decided and approved Migration of listing/trading of Equity Shares of the Company from SME Platform of NSE (NSE EMERGE) to Main Board of NSE in terms of chapter XB of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 subject to necessary approvals including approval of Members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot. The board also appointed the Scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot  and e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner.
