Tree House to acquire 100% equity in Brainworks Learning Systems


Mumbai 4 March 2013: Tree House Education and Accessories Limited (‘Tree House”), which runs quality pre-schools and also provides educational services to K-12 schools throughout India, has entered into a Term Sheet to purchase 100% equity share capital of Brainworks Learning Systems Pvt ltd. Tree House said in a filing to stock exchanges. The transaction will be closed after the conclusion of due diligence.

Brainworks is a national chain of preschools with 74 centers across 11 states, including Andhra Pradesh, Delhi & NCR, Goa, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
